SUMMARY:

Coordinate and real-time facilitate key customers’ technical related activities for order fulfillment process from forecast, manufacturing schedule, booking closure to shipment; coordinate product development and production throughout the product life cycle from POC (proof of concept) to EOL (end of life) in coordination with supply chain; analyze semiconductor packaging and processing requirements, translate customer configurations into shippable systems, and identify and process non-standard build requests to prepare RFQ/RFP (Request for Quotation/Request for Process) responses; develop manufacturing, capacity and capital expansion plans; prepare quarterly reviews, sales forecasting, market analysis and business opportunity/risk analysis. Engage with company’s technical professionals to leverage expertise across multiple factories to meet engineering requirements, resolve issues, and develop specific account strategies with direct factory interface to increase market share and penetrate new customer.

Require: Master’s degree in Materials Science and Engineering; 2 years’ experience in job offered or as a Senior Engineer. Experience in semiconductor industry order fulfillment process from forecast, manufacturing schedule, booking closure to shipment; translating customer configurations into shippable systems, and identifying and processing non-standard build requests.

Salary range: $153,774/yr to $159,500/yr.
