As of Feb 10, 2020, all our China offices have re-opened and resumed operation. Video in Chinese. Dr Zhong Nanshan is a Chinese pulmonologist who discovered the SARS coronavirus in 2003. He was president of the Chinese Medical Association from 2005 to 2009 and is currently the editor-in-chief of the Journal of Thoracic Disease. He is most well known for managing the SARS outbreak in Guangdong province in 2003.
