Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems (MEMS) and sensors are the essential enabling components that allow people to experience and interact with the world in revolutionary new ways. MEMS devices consist of mechanical elements, sensing features, and electronic circuits integrated onto a common silicon substrate.
