ASE Singapore Pte Ltd (ASESG), a subsidiary of Advanced Semiconductor Engineering, Inc (ASE) announced today that it has been named on the ‘Singapore’s Best Employers 2022’ for the third year in a row. The company is also ranked amongst the top 10 in the Semiconductors, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Technology Hardware & Equipment category.

ASESG, established since 1998, is the premier provider of semiconductor testing and wafer level backend services in Southeast Asia. Its customer base includes notable Fortune Global 500 companies that design and manufacture leading edge products for a wide range of applications in 5G/6G, AI, automotive electronics, high performance computing and network security solutions.

The company has recently completed the construction of ASESG2 which would add another 150,000 sq ft of floor space for production and offices. The expansion in building space and production capacity were aimed at meeting the company’s increased market share growth. The new building has also been designed with the comfort of employees in mind – from the lighting, décor, amenities to spaces for meetings and recreation. The Straits Times’ Singapore’s Best Employers 2022 is a large-scale and comprehensive study that assesses the attractiveness of organisations in Singapore based on an independent employee survey. Tens of thousands of evaluations, the opinions of thousands of employees and the scores for hundreds of companies were taken into account. The 200 highest-scoring employers were recognised. The 2022 list is the result of an online survey, conducted in August and September last year, which involved more than 17,000 employees.
